It's also conveniently located 1 block from the downtown plaza and within a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and renowned "Hotel Row" where upscale hotels provide day passes and additional dining options.
Enjoy contactless check in, 24 hour security, fast WiFi, comfortable bedding, local coffee, bathroom amenities, and more. You will stay in a newly constructed building in a calm residential area, where you can watch stunning sunsets from the rooftop pool, and have a refreshing drink by the fire pit.
Neighborhood
Downtown San José del Cabo is the vibrant and historic heart of the town, located on the southern tip of the Baja California Peninsula in Mexico. This charming neighborhood is characterized by its traditional Mexican architecture, cobblestone streets, and a lively atmosphere that reflects the region's rich cultural heritage.
The neighborhood is home to numerous restaurants, cafes, and bars that cater to a range of tastes and budgets.
Guest Access
The access to the property is through a keypad. Code will be provided 24 hours before arrival.
Getting Around
The pedestrian-friendly downtown is perfect for strolling, while Ubers offer convenience.

$125/night (5 night minimum) + $40 cleaning fee

Monthly rates include internet, HOA and weekly laundry service. However, guests are responsible for the electric/AC + $200 US refundable security deposit.

Transportation FAQ's
How do I get to the condo from the SJD Airport?
Juan Pablo with Need a Ride Los Cabos is great for making airport pickup arrangement since Uber does not pick up at the airport. You can always also have him stop at the Chedraui or La Comer at the roundabout for groceries on the way from the airport. Do I need a rental car?
No, everything is very walkable or close via Uber
Can Uber take me back to the airport?
